2 ½ lbs. Ground Turkey
2 ea. Eggs

½ tsp. Chopped garlic
6 ea. Hamburger rolls

Turn the burgers over and cook an additional 4 minutes, or until done to your preference. • Place in rolls and serve with your favorite accompaniments

Helpful Tips for Crafting Perfect Cheese-Stuffed Turkey Burgers:

  • Fresh Ingredients Make a Difference: Opt for high-quality ground turkey and choose your favorite cheese variety. Fresh herbs and seasonings will also elevate the flavor profile of your burgers.
  • Properly Season Your Burgers: Don't be shy with the seasonings! A blend of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika adds depth of flavor to the turkey patties.
  • Keep the Cheese Gooey: For an indulgent, gooey cheese center, make sure to use a cheese that melts well. Cheddar, mozzarella, and Swiss are all great options.
  • Don't Overwork the Meat: Overworking the ground turkey can result in tough burgers. Mix the ingredients gently until just combined.
  • Form Consistent Patties: Use a kitchen scale to ensure uniform patty sizes. Consistent thickness promotes even cooking.
  • Perfect Cooking Techniques: A combination of pan-frying and oven-baking yields perfectly cooked burgers with crispy exteriors and tender, juicy interiors.
  • Don't Crowd the Pan: When pan-frying, avoid overcrowding the pan to prevent steaming and ensure even browning.
  • Let the Burgers Rest: After cooking, let the burgers rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving. This allows the juices to redistribute for a more flavorful experience.
