GRILLED CHEESEBURGER WRAP
Steps:
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and onions. Cook until beef is fully cooked, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out the low carb wraps (you could use flour tortillas as well) and add ¼ cup cheddar cheese in the center. Place ¼ of the ground beef mixture on top and then the pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. (I don't like my lettuce cooked so I add it on top after.)
- Fold like a burrito and then grill/panini to seal everything together.

Tips:
- Choose the Right Beef: Opt for ground chuck or sirloin for a juicy and flavorful patty.
- Season Wisely: Elevate the beef's flavor with a blend of spices like salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Don't Overmix the Beef: Mixing the beef too much can result in a tough patty. Handle it gently and form it into patties.
- Cook to Your Desired Doneness: Use a meat thermometer to ensure the patties reach your preferred doneness, whether it's medium-rare, medium, or well-done.
- Build Your Wrap with Care: Arrange the ingredients in layers, starting with the patty, followed by cheese, vegetables, and sauce. Fold the wrap tightly to prevent the ingredients from falling out.
