Steps:
- Place a hot dog in the middle of a cheese slice.
- Roll the cheese slice around the hot dog, then push a wooden skewer inside.
- Place the cheese-wrapped hot dogs seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, baking powder, milk, and eggs, stirring until the batter is smooth and has no lumps.
- Pour the batter into a tall glass cup for easier dipping.
- Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat until 375°F-400°F (190°C-200°C).
- Take a frozen hot dog and dip it fully into the batter, lifting it out then rotating it to let excess batter drip off.
- Using tongs, carefully place the battered dog into the hot oil, rotating it so that it frys evenly. Remove when golden brown, then pat with a paper towel to drain.
- Serve with ketchup and mustard!

- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Lightly oil grate, and set 4 inches from the heat.
- Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Place hot dogs on grill; cook until browned, 5 to 8 minutes, turning once, or until done to suit your taste. Lightly grill hot dog buns.
- To assemble sandwiches, place a slice of cheese and bacon on each roll. Add a hot dog, top each with 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce, or desired amount, and red onion.

- Fry bacon but stop while bacon is still soft.
- WHILE BACON IS FRYING: Slice hot dogs in half length wise.
- Cut a cheese slice in half and place end to end along the cut side of the dog.
- Put dog together.
- Wrap bacon around the hot dog and secure with tooth picks.
- Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
- Remove toothpicks.
- Put in bun- garnish- enjoy- Kids love this.
