2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup milk
1 (2.8 ounce) can French fried onions
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen French cut green beans
½ pound processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta), sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.

2 (10 ounce) cans French style green beans, drained
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, diced
1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions (split equally)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
salt
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed (small cubes)
1/4 cup milk

½ tbsp olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
400g cavolo nero
3 leeks, sliced
100ml stock
400ml double cream
1 heaped tsp Dijon mustard
generous grating of nutmeg
40g grated parmesan or vegetarian alternative

2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 ounce) can fried onions (Durkee's)
