Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen cherries. Fresh cherries are best, but frozen cherries will work just as well. If using frozen cherries, be sure to thaw them before using.
  • Choose a good quality almond butter. Not all almond butters are created equal. Look for a brand that is made with 100% almonds and no added sugar or oil.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the bars tough. Just mix until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a lined baking pan. This will make it easy to remove the bars from the pan after they have cooled.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help them to hold their shape.

Conclusion:

These Cherry Almond Power Bars are a delicious and healthy snack that are perfect for on-the-go. They are made with simple ingredients and are easy to make. With a little planning, you can have a batch of these bars ready to go in no time. So next time you're looking for a healthy snack, give these Cherry Almond Power Bars a try.
