Chicken and Tater Tot Casserole is a classic American comfort food dish, but it can be high in calories, fat, and sodium. If you're looking for a healthier version of this dish, there are several simple swaps you can make to reduce the calories, fat, and sodium without sacrificing flavor. For example, you can use lean ground chicken instead of regular ground chicken, low-fat or fat-free milk instead of whole milk, and low-sodium chicken broth instead of regular chicken broth. You can also use whole wheat tater tots instead of regular tater tots, and add in some fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, or corn.
