1/3 cup sun-dried tomato
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained, rinsed
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa verde
2 cups brown rice, cooked

Steps:

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill
1 cup 2% milk

Steps:

  • Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; brown chicken on both sides.
