1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
½ onion, diced
½ green bell pepper, diced
salt and black pepper to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup processed cheese sauce (such as Cheez Whiz®)
½ (28 ounce) package frozen shoestring potato fries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet, and cook and stir the ground beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until the meat is crumbly and no longer pink and the onion is translucent. 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
3 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
6 ounces wide egg noodles
1/2 cup sour cream
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature, cut into chunks
1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
2 cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken
1 cup crispy fried onions, such as French's
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
10 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon onion powder

1 (26 ounce) bag frozen crinkle cut french fries

Steps:

  • Chop chicken breasts up into bite sized pieces and brown a a large skillet with the butter.

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, halved
3 large shallots, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups chicken stock
1 pound baby gold potatoes, halved
4 sprigs fresh thyme
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup heavy cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Season chicken thighs with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, add chicken, skin-side down, and sear both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side; set aside. 1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions, divided
6 slices processed American cheese
