Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the ingredients and equipment you need. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling around during the cooking process.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The fresher and better the quality of your ingredients, the tastier your pasta dish will be. Look for ripe tomatoes, flavorful sundried tomatoes, and fresh herbs like basil and oregano.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the chicken, make sure you don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly and becoming dry.
  • Cook the pasta al dente: Al dente means "to the tooth" in Italian, and it refers to the perfect cooking state for pasta. The pasta should be slightly firm to the bite, not mushy or overcooked.
  • Use a good quality olive oil: Olive oil is a key ingredient in this dish, so make sure you use a good quality extra virgin olive oil. It will add flavor and richness to the sauce.
  • Season the dish to taste: Once you've assembled the dish, taste it and adjust the seasoning as needed. You may want to add more salt, pepper, or herbs to suit your taste.

Conclusion:

This chicken, garlic, and sundried tomato pasta is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is packed with flavor and is sure to please everyone at the table.
