I've made this recipe several times and it's always a winner. The pork chops are always cooked perfectly and the glaze is so delicious. I usually serve this with roasted potatoes and vegetables.

This recipe was easy to follow and the pork chops turned out great! I used a cast iron skillet to cook them and they got a nice sear. The glaze was also very tasty.
