- Bring large pot of water to a boil, and stir in penne pasta.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken cubes in broth; simmering until done, about 10 minutes. Stir in cubed cream cheese and spinach. Return to simmer, and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cherry tomatoes, and cook about 3 minutes more.

- 1. Put beaten eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, combine flour with the next 5 spices. Dip wings first into the eggs, drip off excess, then coat with the flour mix.
- 2. Transfer to a rack and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. (This is important!)
- 3. Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees. deep fry wings in batches until golden brown. About 8 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

- In stock pot, cook onions and celery in olive oil until tender.
- Add 5 cans of chicken broth, carrots, corn and seasonings.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer, and cook for 2 hours.

- COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: TAKE ONE 1/2 OF A CHICKEN BREAST AND POUND TILL FLAT PLACE ONE SLICE OF HAM OVER THE FLATTENED CHICKEN THEN PLACE ONE SLICE OF CHEESE OVER HAM....SPRINKLE PARSLEY OVER AREA AND PLACE ONE BROCCOLI SPEAR AT THE TOP OF THE THICKEST PART OF THE CHICKEN BREAST AND ROLL IT CLOSED (MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BROCCOLI PIECES ARE LAID IN SUCH A WAY AS TO HAVE THE FLOWER PART AT EACH END OF THE ROLL). PLACE EACH ROLL IN AN UNBUTTERED PAN SIDE BY SIDE. AFTER ROLLS ARE PLACED IN PAN...SPRINKLE SALT, GARLIC, ONION POWDER AND PEPPER TO TASTE (DON'T OVER SALT!). SPREAD APPROX. 2 TABLESPOONS OF PESTO OVER EACH ROLLS (YOU CAN ADD MORE IF YOU LOVE PESTO!) BAKE CHICKEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR APPROX. 20 TO 25 MINUTES. OPTIONAL: LAY PADS OF BUTTER ON EACH END OF EACH ROLL FOR ADDITIONAL ..FATTENING...FLAVOR!
