3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes
1 (12 ounce) package fresh broccoli florets

Steps:

  • Cook pasta by following package directions; drain and keep warm.

1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped
1 cup chicken broth, divided
1 cup heavy cream
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons basil
8 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked and drained

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute.
  • Add tomatoes and 3/4 cup of chicken broth.
  • Increase heat to medium and bring mixture to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, for about 10 minutes.
  • Add cream and bring to a boil again, stirring frequently.

3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 pound processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta)
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch garlic powder

Steps:

  • Boil chicken in a large pot of salted water. When chicken is done, remove from pot, keeping water/broth at a boil. Shred chicken and set aside. Put spaghetti in boiling chicken broth and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente. When done, drain broth.
  • Return pot with cooked spaghetti to stove, put over low heat. Add shredded chicken, soup, diced tomatoes with chile peppers and cheese. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. When cheese is melted, dinner is ready!

1 (16 ounce) package radiatore pasta
½ pound bacon
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
¾ cup white wine
2 large tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Set bacon aside to drain on paper towels. Drain all but 1 tablespoon bacon grease, then saute chicken until no longer pink, and juices run clear. Break bacon into pieces, and return to skillet. Stir in wine and tomatoes. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Simmer until tomatoes are cooked, about 20 minutes. Serve sauce over cooked pasta.

1 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon pepper, divided
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
8 ounces uncooked capellini or angel hair pasta
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/4 cup peeled and thinly sliced garlic cloves (about 12 cloves)
1 cup white wine or chicken broth
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley, divided
Lemon wedges, optional

Steps:

  • Pound chicken breasts with a meat mallet to 1/4-in. thickness. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place flour in a shallow bowl.
