Tips:

  • Use a deep-dish pie plate to ensure the quiche has enough room to rise.
  • Blind-bake the pie crust before filling it to prevent a soggy bottom.
  • Use a combination of cheeses for a more flavorful quiche. Grùyere, cheddar, and Parmesan are all good choices.
  • Don't overfill the pie crust. The quiche will rise as it bakes, so leave some room at the top.
  • Bake the quiche until the center is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the quiche cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Conclusion:

Chicken pecan quiche is a delicious and versatile dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's also a great way to use up leftover chicken. With its creamy filling, flaky crust, and sweet and nutty pecans, this quiche is sure to be a hit with everyone at the table.
