Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make a big difference in the final dish.
- Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken should be cooked through, but not dry. Cook it over medium heat and use a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Make sure the sauce is thick and creamy: The sauce should be thick enough to coat the pasta, but not too thick that it's difficult to stir. If the sauce is too thin, add a little cornstarch or flour. If the sauce is too thick, add a little milk or cream.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese: Freshly grated Parmesan cheese has a much better flavor than pre-grated cheese.
- Serve the dish immediately: Chicken Alfredo is best served immediately, while the pasta is still hot and the sauce is creamy.
