Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs work well in this casserole. If you're using chicken breasts, be sure to pound them thin so they cook evenly.
  • Use fresh vegetables. Fresh vegetables will give your casserole the best flavor. If you don't have fresh vegetables on hand, you can use frozen vegetables, but be sure to thaw them before adding them to the casserole.
  • Don't overcook the chicken. Overcooked chicken is tough and dry. Cook the chicken until it is just cooked through, about 10 minutes per side.
  • Use a good quality cream of mushroom soup. The cream of mushroom soup is the base of the casserole, so it's important to use a good quality soup. Look for a soup that is made with real mushrooms and cream.
  • Add some cheese. Cheese adds flavor and richness to the casserole. You can use any type of cheese that you like, but cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese are all good choices.

Conclusion:

Chicken Pepperidge Farm Casserole is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The casserole is made with chicken, vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix. The chicken is cooked in a creamy sauce and then topped with the stuffing mix.
