1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1 inch cubes
6 green onions, bottom 6 inches only

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the ginger, honey, soy sauce, turmeric, cayenne and orange juice. Add chicken and stir to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or up to overnight.

1 teaspoon zaatar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (from 1 large lemon)
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon coriander seeds, toasted and cracked
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 pounds)

Steps:
