1 cup chicken broth
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon onion powder, plus
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon lawrys garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 lb ground meat
1 -2 bell pepper (red is great)
2 onions, chopped
1/2 mixed spice, from above (or to taste)
1/3 cup water

Steps:

  • cook and stir ground meat til opaque, add in onion and then bell pepper with 1/2 seasoning mix, when slightly carmelized (bell peppers not soggy).
