COPYCAT PASTA DA VINCI
I fell in love with this dish at the restaurant and experimented until I could duplicate it at home. What's so nice is that the sauce can be made ahead and be refrigerated or frozen. Now you can have a delicious copycat Cheesecake Factory pasta da Vinci on a weeknight. -Trisha Kruse, Eagle, Idaho

Tips:
- Choose the right chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs are great options for this recipe. If you prefer dark meat, use thighs. For a juicier dish, use bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces.
- Make sure the chicken is cooked through: Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before removing it from the grill.
- Use fresh, ripe ingredients for the salsa: The fresher the ingredients, the better the salsa will taste. Use ripe tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapeños. If you don't have fresh cilantro, you can use dried cilantro, but the flavor will be less intense.
- Adjust the heat of the salsa to your liking: If you like spicy salsa, add more jalapeños. If you prefer a milder salsa, remove the seeds from the jalapeños before chopping them.
- Serve the chicken with your favorite sides: This dish can be served with a variety of sides, such as rice, beans, grilled vegetables, or salad.
Conclusion:
This chicken with garden salsa recipe is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a summer cookout or potluck. The chicken is juicy and tender, and the salsa is fresh and flavorful. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a delicious and satisfying meal that the whole family will enjoy.
