CROCK-POT SMOTHERED CHINESE PEPPER STEAK
This recipe came from a friend at Holloman AFB in New Mexico many many Many years ago. Have adjusted it a little over the years and I now use whole wheat flour and a Lite Soy Sauce but the flavor remains the same.
