Steps:
- Make the Chipotle Mayo:.
- Add all ingredients in a food processor and puree. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep chilled.
- Make the burgers:.
- In saute pan over low/medium add olive oil, onions, and a pinch of salt. Cook the onions stirring occasionally for 3 minutes. Add chopped garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In large bowl combine, ground turkey, worcestershire sauce, chopped cilantro, salt and black pepper to taste and cooled onion and garlic mix.
- Mix ingredients with your hands and shape into 4 uniformed sized patties. With your finger make an indent in the center of each patty (this will prevent the burgers from puffing up in the center while cooking).

Tips:
- Use a good quality ground turkey. This will make a big difference in the flavor and texture of your burgers.
- Season the turkey well. Use a variety of spices, such as chili powder, cumin, oregano, and paprika, to give your burgers a flavorful kick.
- Don't overmix the turkey. Overmixing can make the burgers tough.
- Shape the burgers gently. Don't press down on them too hard, or they will be dense.
- Cook the burgers over medium heat. This will help to prevent them from drying out.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the burgers are cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve the burgers on a bun with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and guacamole.
