2/3 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup butter, softened

2 egg whites
1 egg
1 large ripe banana, mashed

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/3 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder

3 very ripe bananas
1 large egg
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup roasted almond butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup almond flour
1 cup rice flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly brush the inside of a 10-by-5-inch loaf pan with coconut oil and line with a strip of parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas with the back of a fork until only a few lumps remain. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
