4 tablespoons unsalted butter
One 10-ounce package mini marshmallows
6 cups puffed rice cereal
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 cups freeze-dried raspberries, lightly crushed
1/3 cup heavy cream
4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped

Steps:

  • Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet.
  • Heat a large saucepan or Dutch oven over low heat, then add the butter and heat until melted.
