Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make a big difference in the taste of your casserole. Look for organic, free-range eggs and flavorful chorizo.
- Don't overcook the eggs: The eggs should be cooked through but still slightly soft and fluffy. Overcooked eggs will be tough and rubbery.
- Add your favorite toppings: Feel free to add your favorite toppings to the casserole, such as diced bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, or cheese.
- Serve immediately: This casserole is best served immediately, while the eggs are still fluffy and the chorizo is still crispy.
