Steps:
- Mash up avacados in a bowl, make them as smooth or as chunky as you like. (We like it fairly chunky).
- Peel and dice red onion.
- Chop up fresh Cilantro, stems and all.
- Dice jalepeno(s), de-seed if desired *Remember that the seeds give more heat* I leave them in because we love our mexican food spicy!
- Add everything into a large bowl and stir, add in salt and freshly ground black pepper to tase, add the juice of the two limes.
- Stir to combine, taste to see if it is hot, salty or sour enough, adjust to your taste, if you want more heat add the hot sauce -- once it is to your liking cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge untill you are ready to serve.
- This goes well with my salsa recipe, and tastes great with tacos, burrito's, nachos, tortilla chips or even carrot and celery sticks.

CHRISTINA'S GUACAMOLE
I improvise with this one a lot (sometimes I use salsa instead of tomatoes), but you can't go wrong no matter what you do!

Tips:
- Use ripe avocados: Ripe avocados are creamier and have a better flavor. To check if an avocado is ripe, gently squeeze it. It should give slightly to the touch.
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients will give your guacamole the best flavor. If possible, use ripe tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
- Don't over-mash the avocados: You want your guacamole to be chunky, not smooth. Use a fork or potato masher to gently mash the avocados until they are just combined.
- Add your favorite seasonings: Guacamole is a versatile dish that can be customized to your taste. Add your favorite seasonings, such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, or chili powder.
- Serve immediately: Guacamole is best served immediately after it is made. However, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Conclusion:

With its creamy texture and fresh flavors, it is sure to be a hit at your next party or gathering. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy recipe, give this classic guacamole a try.
