This recipe is for the bread machine from the book The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook. I make it without the pecans. It calls for gluten which is found at most any health food store. This recipe makes a 2 pound loaf.

Tips:

  • Use fresh apples. Fresh apples will give your bread a more vibrant flavor and texture than apples that have been stored for a long time.
  • Peel and core the apples before you grate them. This will help to prevent the bread from becoming too mushy.
  • Grate the apples on the large holes of a box grater. This will create small, even pieces of apple that will distribute evenly throughout the bread.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the bread tough.
  • Bake the bread in a loaf pan that has been greased and floured. This will help to prevent the bread from sticking to the pan.
  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving. This will help to keep the bread from crumbling.

Conclusion:

Cinnamon apple pecan bread is a delicious and easy-to-make bread that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. It is also a great way to use up leftover apples. With its moist texture, sweet flavor, and crunchy pecan topping, this bread is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
