3 tablespoons sherry or chicken broth
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 garlic clove, minced
2 pork tenderloins (3/4 pound each)

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients. Add the pork; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. , Drain and discard marinade. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 pork tenderloin
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries or 1 1/2 cups frozen cranberries
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup chicken stock

Steps:

  • Put grill in the center of the oven.
  • Preheat oven at 375°F.
  • In a bowl, mix cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of oil.
