  • Place a sieve over a medium bowl. Hold an orange over the bowl, and using a paring knife, cut along the membrane on both sides of each segment. Free the segments and let them fall into the sieve. 4 ½ cups boiling water, divided
4 ½ cups cold water, divided
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk, divided

  • Coat a 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray.

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup grated carrots

Steps:

  • In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice (discard remaining juice or save for another use). 1 cup shredded kale
