Tips:

  • Prep Ingredients: Before you start cooking, measure and chop all of your ingredients. This will help you save time and avoid scrambling during the cooking process.
  • Cook Pasta Al Dente: Pasta should be cooked al dente, or "to the tooth," meaning it should have a slight bite to it. This will prevent it from becoming mushy when you add it to the sauce.
  • Use High-Quality Ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the flavor of your dish. Use fresh, flavorful produce and high-quality meat and cheese.
  • Don't Overcook the Ham: Ham is a delicate meat that can easily become dry and tough if overcooked. Cook it just until it is heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add Vegetables: To make your pasta dish even more colorful and nutritious, add some chopped vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, or broccoli.
  • Season to Taste: Always taste your dish before serving and adjust the seasonings as needed. You may need to add more salt, pepper, or herbs to taste.
