1 loaf (1 pound) frozen pizza dough, thawed
3 tablespoons reduced-fat butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
6 turkey bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons minced chives
Reduced-fat sour cream, optional

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. 2 cups garlic mashed potatoes
3 ounces sauteed onions
3 small tomatoes, sliced thin
4 ounces shredded provolone
4 ounces shredded fontina
4 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
1 teaspoon onion salt
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 package active dry yeast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup warm water

Steps:

  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Combine potatoes, broth, and garlic in a large saucepan. Add additional water if necessary in order to keep all potatoes completely submerged. Bring to boil than reduce heat to low. Continue to cook until potatoes are tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Drain and mash the potatoes and garlic. Add butter, salt, pepper, and whipping cream. Whip until it has a creamy texture.
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F with a pizza stone.
