- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start.
- After the dough has doubled in size turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into a 16x21-inch rectangle. Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.

- Place all of the cinnamon roll dough ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer.
- Set the machine to run the dough cycle.
- When the cycle is finished, remove the dough and knead it enough to punch down.
- Roll out the dough to a 17 X 10-inch rectangle.
- Place butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Heat the filling in the microwave for 10 seconds to make it spreadable.
- Spread the filling over the rolled-out dough with a rubber spatula. Get as close to the edges as possible.
- Sprinkle nuts and/or raisins over the dough, if using.
- Starting with the widest end, roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the edge to seal.
- Cut the log into 1-inch slices.

- Place all ingredients in your machine in order recommended by your machine's manufacturer.
- Place the pan in your machine.
- Select the dough cycle and press start.
- When cycle is finished, remove the dough, knead enough to punch down and roll to 17X10.
- Combine first three filling ingredients and mix well.
- Heat in microwave 10 seconds to make it spreadable.

- Add to Bread Machine, yeast, flour , sugar, salt, eggs, milk and butter. Let it do its thing on dough setting. When done make frosting and put in frig. Then prep area where you plan to roll out the dough. Sprinkle with flour and have flour nearby to use while rolling the dough out. Once ready for to turn out the dough cover with towel to let rest for 10 minutes. Roll dough into 16 x 21 rectangle. Spread butter leaving 1/4 inch of the outside long edge clear of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Roll up cut with sharp knife or dental floss into 12 pieces. Lightly grease 9 x 13 baking dish and cover with towel until rolls have risen to twice its size. . Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Spread some of the frosting on the rolls when the are hot it will melt into rolls. Once they are cooled top them with another dab of frosting.
