Tips:
- For the corny ham bundles recipe, it is advisable to use low-sodium canned corn to prevent the dish from becoming excessively salty. Additionally, it is recommended to drain the corn thoroughly to avoid excess moisture.
- To achieve a crispy texture for the ham, consider placing the bundles uncovered in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes prior to baking. This allows the exposed ham surface to dry out slightly, promoting crispiness during baking.
- To enhance the flavor of the ham bundles, it is suggested to baste them periodically with the accumulated juices while they are baking in the oven. This helps to keep the ham moist and flavorful.
