1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
3 eggs, beaten
1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn
1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, mix ingredients. Pour into baking dish.

Butter, for buttering the baking dish
6 slices country white bread, torn into 2-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp white Cheddar
1 1/2 cups cubed country ham
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 large eggs
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup chopped chives, for garnish

Steps:

  • Butter a large baking dish and evenly spread out the torn bread to cover the bottom of the dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat to combine the heavy cream, cheese, ham, milk, scallions, salt, pepper and eggs. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and top with the paprika. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.

1 package (16 ounces) frozen corn, broccoli and red pepper
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter, divided
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/4 cup milk
1-1/3 cups crushed saltines

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring vegetables and water to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until tender; drain. 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
¼ cup finely minced fresh parsley
¼ cup butter
1 tablespoon chopped onions
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups milk
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 ounces processed cheese food, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
