1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 dash Worcestershire sauce

1 TB. HORSERADISH DIP SEASONING (Penzeys)
2 TB. water
8 oz. cream cheese (regular or low-fat) at room temperature
1/3 Cup mayonnaise
2 TB. prepared chili sauce (at most grocery stores by the catsup), cocktail sauce works well, too
1 4-oz. can crab meat, drained
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice, optional

  • Mix HORSERADISH DIP with the water and let stand for 5 minutes. Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until well blended. Add the chili sauce and mix, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Add the rehydrated HORSERADISH DIP and mix. Fold in the drained crab meat. The dip mixture has lemon in it but we just love a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Place the dip in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
