1 tbsp coarse sea salt
1 tbsp granulated sugar
200ml tequila

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1-3/4 cups raspberry ginger ale or additional ginger ale

  • In a large saucepan, cook the cranberries and 1-1/2 cups water over medium heat until the berries pop, about 15 minutes. 1 ½ oz tequila, reposado preffered
½ oz simple syrup

  • Roll 2 of the limes on a cutting board to help release the juice. Cut the limes in half and juice them using a citrus press, straining the seeds out if necessary. This should yield approximately 1 ounce of fresh lime juice.
