Stir in the cranberries and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the mixture begins to brown. Cool completely. Store airtight in a plastic container for up to 1 week.

Tips:

  • Use a variety of nuts and seeds: This will give your granola a more complex flavor and texture. Some good options include almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds.
  • Don't overcook the granola: This will make it hard and crunchy. Instead, bake it until it is golden brown and fragrant, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Add dried fruit or chocolate chips after the granola has cooled: This will prevent them from burning in the oven.
  • Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature: It will last for up to 2 weeks.
