  • Beat in cream cheese.
  • Spread over Jello and top with pecans.
  • May add 1/4 to 1/3 cup powdered sugar to topping, if desired.

Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen cranberries. Fresh cranberries are best, but frozen cranberries can also be used. If using frozen cranberries, thaw them before using.
  • Use a good quality wine. The type of wine you use will affect the flavor of the salad. A dry white wine or a rosé wine is a good choice.
  • Do not overcook the cranberries. Overcooked cranberries will become mushy and lose their flavor.
  • Chill the salad before serving. This will help the salad to set and make it more refreshing.
  • Serve the salad with whipped cream or ice cream. This will add a touch of sweetness and creaminess to the salad.

Conclusion:

Cranberry wine jello salad is a delicious and refreshing salad that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be made ahead of time. The salad is also a good source of vitamins and minerals. So, next time you are looking for a delicious and healthy salad, give cranberry wine jello salad a try.
