1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in pineapple. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
  • Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP with whisk. Gradually add to gelatin, mixing well after each addition. Stir in nuts and cherries. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold before serving.

1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 3/4 cup juice.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved juice and lemon juice; pour 1-1/4 cups into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  • Add remaining gelatin mixture gradually to cream cheese in medium bowl, whisking after each addition until blended. Stir in fruit. Spoon over gelatin layer in pan.

3 large bananas, peeled and sliced
1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, halved
½ pint heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • In a large bowl, combine fruit cocktail, bananas and cherries. Reserve 3 slices of banana and 1 cherry for garnish.
