1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Mix wafer crumbs, 1 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.
  • Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour and milk with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Blend in dry pudding mixes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended; pour over crust.

2 tablespoons butter, melted
FILLING:
2 packages (8 ounces each) reduced-fat cream cheese
1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese
1-1/3 cups sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
TOPPINGS:
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
4 teaspoons plus 1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
1 large egg yolk, beaten
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

  • Place a 9-in. springform pan coated with cooking spray on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). 6 ounces jello lemon flavor instant pudding (2 - 4 serving size)
1 cup cool whip strawberry whipped topping, thawed
white chocolate curls (optional)

Steps:
