- 1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter and add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Once hot - add the shrimp and cook on one side until edges are turning white, then turn to other side and cook another minute. Don't overcook. Set aside. In a large saucepan, melt 1 stick of butter and add the garlic, cook a few minutes - stirring. Add the cream cheese and once melted add the cream. Stir in the seasoning.
