1/3 c flour
1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp salt - i use kosher
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp pepper
1/4 c butter, melted - 1/2 stick
2 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf

  • 1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
  • 2. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt,garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, marjoram and pepper. Add potatoes; seal bag and shake to coat.
