I love this Crock-Pot chicken recipe for two reasons: one, my family loves it and two, it is so easy to make! I got this recipe from my sister. She has two children of her own, and they love it too! It's also the best leftovers in the world -- if there are any!

Tips:

  • Prep your ingredients: Before you start cooking, make sure all of your ingredients are prepped and ready to go. This will help you save time and ensure that your dish comes together smoothly.
  • Choose the right chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs are both good options for this recipe. If you're using chicken breasts, you may need to cook them for a little longer.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken is best when it's cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Overcooking can make it dry and tough.
  • Use a slow cooker liner: This will make cleanup a breeze. Just remove the liner from the slow cooker when you're finished cooking.
  • Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it's cooked. However, you can store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

This crock pot chicken with black beans, cream cheese, and corn is an easy and flavorful meal that's perfect for a busy weeknight. It's also a great option for potlucks and parties. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a delicious and satisfying dish that everyone will love.
