1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
8 ounces pkge. noodles, cooked
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
salt
1 lb frozen green beans
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
  • Combine ground beef and onion mixture with tomato soup.
  • Combine chicken soup and noodles.
  • Layer beef mixture, chicken mixture,and green beans.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Lay cheese over top.
  • Cover. Cook on low 2-3 hours.

1 can (15 1/4 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 jar (11 ounce size) salsa
5 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
1 can (28 ounce size) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a skillet, brown beef and onion. Drain. Transfer to slow cooker. Top with green pepper, corn and mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour salsa over. Top with noodles. Pour tomatoes and water over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until noodles are tender.
