Tips for Making Nutella Croissant:
- Use a good quality croissant dough: This will make a big difference in the final product. Look for a dough that is light and flaky.
- Don't overwork the dough: Overworking the dough will make it tough. Be gentle when rolling and shaping the croissants.
- Chill the dough before baking: This will help the croissants to rise properly and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Don't overcrowd the baking sheet: Give the croissants plenty of space to rise and bake evenly.
- Brush the croissants with egg wash before baking: This will give them a golden brown color and help them to stay moist.
- Serve the croissants warm: They are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
