1 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter

1/2 cup chunky peanut butter

4 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour

7-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
1 cup milk, divided
