Tips:

  • To ensure the salmon is cooked evenly throughout, make sure the fillets are of uniform thickness. If necessary, use a sharp knife to slice the fillets into even pieces.
  • For a crispy skin, pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels before roasting. This will help to remove excess moisture and allow the skin to crisp up.
  • Roast the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This will prevent the salmon from sticking to the pan and make cleanup easier.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness. The internal temperature of the salmon should reach 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, 150°F (66°C) for medium, or 155°F (68°C) for well-done.
  • While the salmon is roasting, make the cilantro sauce. This sauce is a great way to add flavor and moisture to the salmon.
  • Serve the salmon immediately with the cilantro sauce. The salmon can also be served with roasted vegetables, rice, or your favorite side dish.

Conclusion:

This cumin-roasted salmon with cilantro sauce is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for any occasion. The salmon is roasted to perfection and the cilantro sauce is a great complement to the fish. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
