Tips:

  • Prep your ingredients ahead of time: Dicing the chicken, chopping the vegetables, and measuring out the spices will make the cooking process much smoother.
  • Use a food processor to save time: If you don't have a food processor, you can still make this recipe, but it will take a little longer. Simply chop the chicken and vegetables by hand.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the chicken, be sure to leave enough space in the pan so that the chicken can cook evenly. If you overcrowd the pan, the chicken will steam instead of fry.
  • Cook the chicken until it is golden brown: This will ensure that the chicken is cooked through and flavorful.
  • Serve the curried chicken pockets with your favorite dipping sauce: Some popular options include sweet and sour sauce, honey mustard, and ranch dressing.
