CURRIED RICE AND HAM
This is very good. Not very spicy, so you may want to adjust the curry to your liking. My stomach does not tolerate spicy things well, so you may want to add more depending on how tough your stomach is. lol. I love the taste of curry and it goes well with the ham. My Husband cleaned his plate and went for seconds on this one.

Tips:
- Choose the right rice. Japanese short-grain rice or basmati rice are good choices for this recipe, as they will hold their shape well when rolled.
- Cook the rice according to package directions. Be sure to rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking to remove any starch.
- Let the rice cool completely before using it. This will help prevent the rolls from becoming too sticky.
- Use thin slices of ham. This will make it easier to roll the rice and ham together.
- Spread the curry evenly over the rice. This will help ensure that each roll is flavored evenly.
- Roll the rice and ham tightly. This will help keep the rolls from falling apart.
- Pan-fry the rolls over medium heat until they are crispy and golden brown. This will help to seal in the flavors and give the rolls a nice texture.
- Serve the rolls with your favorite dipping sauce. Sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce are both good options.
