Tips for Making the Best Danish Coffee Cake:

  • Use high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor and texture of your coffee cake. Look for fresh, organic ingredients whenever possible.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the coffee cake tough. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Let the coffee cake rise in a warm place. This will help it to rise evenly and become light and fluffy.
  • Bake the coffee cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking will make the coffee cake dry.
  • Let the coffee cake cool completely before serving. This will help the flavors to meld and the frosting to set.
