3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
2/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Combine the egg, brown sugar, pumpkin, milk, butter and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. 1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons trans-fat free margarine
3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 large egg white
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
