4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
TOPPING:
1/2 cup butter, cubed
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup sugar
1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • In a microwave, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth. Cool. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, vanilla and melted chocolate. Combine flour and baking powder; add to chocolate mixture and beat just until blended. Fold in nuts. , Spread into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. 1 3/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts, chopped
